*40% prepayment on booking date
Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount is required. In the event of cancellation up to 40 days before the departure date, 25% of the deposit will be retained for administrative costs, while the remaining 15% will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 40 days prior to departure, a fee of 35% of the total amount will be charged.
Travel insurance, foreign liability insurance, and visa applications are the responsibility of the participant, though we are happy to assist as needed.
